Drawing on Native American wisdom, Quodoushka massage honors you as a four-fold being—Bones, Muscles, Skin, and Aura—and guides you through each layer in a gentle, transformative sequence:

    We begin by working in your subtle energy field, sweeping away stagnant vibrations to create a clear, sacred container for healing.
     
  2. Bone-Deep Release
    Next, intuitive, grounding pressure reaches the long bones—liberating tensions held at your very core and restoring structural ease.
     
  3. Muscular Awakening
    As we rise out of the bones, rhythmic strokes unwind held patterns in the muscles, inviting strength, flexibility, and flow.

This session typically lasts 30 minutes but can be incorporated into a holistic massage lasting one hour or added to a holistic massage for a 90 minute treatment.
